If you’ve got a question about your equipment or coffee in general chances are that you are not alone.

Here in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) area we’ve been busily recording the questions that we get asked almost daily.

We have noticed that many of our customers have similar questions so we have taken the time to record the most common (and some not so common) answers in this unique ‘searchable’ knowledge area. You won’t find this unique system on any other coffee site!!!!

You can drill down through the menu to find your area of interest. This is suitable for general browsing to increase your knowledge of your machine or coffee in general.

You can also search the database using keywords. This means we will search the database for other articles with the same words. You will get a listing of articles which might just give you the answers.

Can’t find the help you need. Submit a new question to us. The answer goes directly into our database, automatically emails our service dept and will appear on the site when we have the answer for you, generally within 24 hours.
